Akilah Riley-Richardson is the visionary founder and Managing Director of the Relational Healing Institute, a nurturing space dedicated to supporting all individuals and couples as they navigate their relational and life experiences. With a heartfelt commitment to inclusivity, Akilah strives to create environments where everyone, including Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), can explore their authenticity and embrace the abundance of their true selves. Akilah coined the term "Relational Privilege," which refers to the qualities that allow individuals to feel safe enough to engage in intimate connections.
